Bir Turizm processes personal data only to provide airport/transfer reservation and related operational services.

Data we collect

• Contact details (name, email, phone)
• Passenger names and passenger count
• Flight number / arrival time when the origin is an airport
• Selected route, vehicle, extras and payment method

Purpose & retention

Data is used for reservation fulfillment, customer communication and operational planning. Personal identifiers are anonymized one year after the transfer date (D-028).

Cookies

Only essential cookies (language/currency preference) are used. There is no marketing cookie banner (D-031).
